Kosher Meat FAQs
Yes. All of our kosher products are processed under the supervision of certified rabbis and meet the highest standards of kashrut. We partner with trusted kosher certification agencies to ensure full compliance.
Kosher beef must come from healthy animals, slaughtered using ritual shechita by a trained shochet (kosher butcher). The meat is then salted and soaked to remove blood, following kosher dietary laws.

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 2–5 days depending on your location.
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Yes, expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost.
Our packaging is designed to maintain temperature for 48–72 hours. If your order arrives compromised, contact us immediately for support.
You don’t need to be at home – more than 70% of our customers are out when we deliver. Our driver will knock on your door to let you know you delivery has arrived (if it’s after 8am); please let us know in your delivery instructions if you’d rather we didn’t knock.
You can also use the delivery instructions to let your driver know where to leave your box if you’re not in. We’re used to all sorts of requests. This could be anything from leaving your box with a neighbour or in a shed/garage, to tucking it under a hedge, behind a dustbin or under upturned recycling boxes.
Packaging & Handling
Each cut is vacuum-sealed, labeled, and flash-frozen to lock in flavor and freshness. All products are packed in insulated boxes with dry ice.
We use recyclable and eco-conscious packaging materials whenever possible.
